Both Stabaek and Sarpsborg 08 are struggling at the wrong end of the table with the pair desperate to claim a valuable win here. The away side have a decent record against the hosts and have lost just one of their last seven contests and may be able to lean on that record to claim at least a draw.
Haugesund have failed to win any of their last four league matches and face a Tromso side that are on a good run of form having won four of their last five. Despite that run, they have only won one of their last six away from home but should be able to find the back of the net along with the hosts.
Mjondalen have drawn their last four matches in the Eliteserien and would take another if offered before they face Odd. The away side are challenging at the top but their away form is poor with just two wins from their last 10 and could concede first again having done so in nine of those games.
Stromsgodset have failed to win any of their last five Eliteserien matches and have also failed to win any of their last five away from home which highlights the challenge they have on their hands here. Lillestrom have only won one of their last four at home but can avoid defeat here.
Bodo/Glimt will be eager to bounce back from their 6-0 hammering against Valerenga.
Rosenborg's recent upturn in form continued as they defeated Ranheim to make it five wins from their last six matches and now they return home where they have won four of their last five.
Stabaek are enjoying a good mini run of form taking seven points from their last three games and they have an excellent recent record against Odd winning their last five meetings.
Viking and Haugesund look evenly matched which should make this an interesting encounter between the two.
Bodo/Glimt have only lost one of their away matches in the league so far this season and will hope to continue that good record when travelling to Valerenga.
Both Tromso and Sarpsborg are struggling at the wrong end of the table but the home side have shown some good resilience recently.
These two teams currently occupy the bottom places in the Eliteserien and are desperate to put a winning run together to pull themselves out of trouble.
Odd's home form in the Eliteserien has kept them in touch with leaders Molde but that will be put to the test as they host them in this superb prospect.
